President Bill Harrison themed his presentation around Seth Godin's new book "Poke the Box" and challenged the audience to walk away from the conference and try something new with their business. As Bill discussed, modern businesses must continuously try new ideas and methods. Whether you are deploying a CRM system or managing your business, "poking the box" and failing a few times is cheaper than doing nothing.
