Businesses tend to move to Salesforce when they outgrow other CRM solutions. Salesforce is the solution that most people think of when they hear “CRM”. While Salesforce is just as well-known for its high costs, these come with a provable ROI - especially when managing a large client base. It integrates with nearly every other software solution and offers the most features of any other CRM solution.
