  1. Q: I’ve heard the phrase "search efficiency" used, can you tell me what that really means? 
    A: Sure!  All it really means is how quickly search crawlers can recognize what your website stands for, what type of information or services it contains, and where such content exists within your website, this is the "search efficiency" your site possesses.
     
  2. Q: You mentioned Calls To Action I think I know what they are but can you give a couple examples?  
    A: Good question, CTA’s would be something like Give Us A Call or Talk To Us Today. Simply all you’re trying to do is to get someone to respond to you.
