    On February 14th, we had a special webinar with Dennis Smith, VP of Sales at UpCurve Cloud where we demonstrated how CRM can be used to manage your firm’s referral relationships, matter pipeline, new business prospecting, and relationships.

    1. Q: Will this work on a mobile device?
      A: Yes. Sugar is a core platform. It's what we call a one-price model and inside of that is the SugarCRM Mobile client.

    2. Q: Can it be used offline?
      A: Yes. SugarCRM Mobile allows users' mobile devices (iOS and Android) to access Sugar records, manage daily activities, initiate phone calls, send SMS and emails, map addresses, and more while away from their computers. The offline capabilities in SugarCRM Mobile allow your mobile device to cache records for offline viewing as well as buffer changes you make to records while offline which can then be synced upon reconnecting. 

    3. Q: Can we do our own customizations?
      A: Yes. As part of any deployment, we will work with you on field creation. It is important to point out that all the things that we presented today are just done inside the user interface of the application. You do not need to have a programming background or have a staff of programmers doing this. These are just active reports, and once you learn how to create a report inside of Sugar, which is a fairly easy thing to do, you can then present them as dashboard types. It is very easy for to configure, create fields, etc. for yourself.
