Q: Is the system price of $4,800 per user?
A: No, the subscription fee is for up to 10 users. So it's a platform product that comes with ten users, for the price of $4,800.
Q: Is there any additional cost for the Outlook plug-in or Mobile?
A: Nope. Sugar is one price, pure model. The Outlook plug-in and mobile access, both from your mobile device, and your iPad is part of your subscription fee
Q: Does the mobile app work on Android (or just iOS)?
A: Both Android and iOS platforms are supported.
Q: Can I make changes to the CRM myself?
A: As part of the deployment process, we will work with your local administrator to show them how they're able to augment the system and have the ability to create your fields and customizations to the platform. It is important to point out that in Sugar, the customizations are done through the user interface, so you don't need to be a SQL or a PHP programmer. Simply by taking the proper training, you'll be able to augment the system how you see fit.
Q: My company has an office in Spain. Does it work in Spanish?
A: Yes, Sugar ships with over 35 languages. The ability to support localized language is part of the platform. Inside of that, there may be some translations that need to be done on certain drop-down values, but the labels themselves will translate as part of the language pack files.
