    How to Tell How Many Users are Logged into wMobile Phone and Desktop

    In the Manager Console, there are options to see who is logged into Phone and Desktop Editions, respectively.

    In the wMobile Explorer pane, select Phone. Double click on the option for Logged In Users.

    The logged in users will be listed. The list can be refreshed using the Refresh option on the Actions pane. You can force out a user by checking the user’s name in the list and clicking Logout in the Actions pane.

    In the wMobile Explorer pane, select Desktop. Double click on the option for Logged In Users.

    The logged in users will be listed. The list can be refreshed using the Refresh option on the Actions pane. You can force out a user by checking the user’s name in the list and clicking Logout in the Actions pane.

    Added Note: If you have a shortage of GoldMine licenses, you might also want to make a change in the wMobile System Settings regarding login to the wMobile Manager Console. If you are logging in to the wMobile Manager Console with the requirement to enter a GoldMine username and password, then a GoldMine license will be used while the wMobile Manager Console is open.  If GoldMine authentication is not required to log into the Manager Console, then it will not use a GoldMine license.

    This change can be made in System Settings.

    Navigate to Configuration | Common | GoldMine as shown below. When ‘EnableMgrConsoleGMLogin’ is set as False, there will be no GoldMine login required.
