Zoho CRM Activities Data Now Available in Advanced Analytics!

Zoho recently announced a much anticipated major update to their Advanced Analytics Add-on for Zoho CRM.

The update has 2 main parts:

1) Inclusion of Activities Data

You can now take data from the Activities module such as Tasks, Events and Calls and sync it to Zoho Reports for analysis. As part of the update, Zoho has added over 30 reports (see below) and dashboards based on the Activities data collected. Some of these reports include “Activities and Potentials Closed by Sales Person”, “Calls Volume” and “Hot Accounts”.

This new feature is important because you can now investigate how activities correlate to various outcomes, such as closed business or lead conversion. Sales Managers and business owners will get better insight to what the Sales team is doing and can be used for review meetings.

2) On-Demand Sync

Previously, the sync could only be done once a day (automatically), but now in addition to the 1/day auto-sync, you can sync the data manually on-demand up to 5 times per day. Having up to date info is crucial if you need to review your reports multiple times per day.
