Since the Act! use case collection was fairly simple and very focused on a single process of sales forecasting, we agreed and made that commitment in our contract.
We were able to successfully convert every single element of Act Online data into a Sugar CRM system and configure Sugar opportunity management to replace the existing Act business process. With a successful conversion under its belt, the client has been able to expand business processes and doubled the Sugar user base to over two hundred users in two years of system usage.
