Conversion from Salesforce to Sugar

Since Salesforce is such a prevalent system, it is fairly common that a new customer for Sugar has an existing Salesforce implementation that needs data conversion. For a mid-size enterprise consulting company seeking to reduce CRM licensing costs, we had a requirement to convert from Salesforce to Sugar under the constraint of a two-week subscription expiration of Salesforce.

Based on having completed many such conversions we were able to quickly configure Sugar for the same use case as Salesforce, map the new clients custom objects and fields, transform and import the data to Sugar, and go live on Sugar before the Salesforce contract expired.
