A multi-national automobile company hired UpCurve Cloud and Sugar to deploy a CRM solution that could be accessed easily from every corner of the world. The system had to be very secure and accessible in unpredictable connectivity circumstances. The company had previously utilized a proprietary CRM tool custom built for the organization, and that included database replication to provide offline access.
UpCurve Cloud deployed Sugar to several hundred users internationally from servers hosted in New York. The system is responsive globally, and offline access is provided through SugarCRM Mobile.
