A new banking client needed to convert CRM data from a custom Lotus Notes database into Sugar. The data was complex and contained unstructured information such as client interaction notes.
UpCurve Cloud was able to extract the needed information from Lotus Notes and develop routines to parse the interaction notes for key terms to enhance and categorize the information. UpCurve Cloud then prepared Sugar for the client and loaded the legacy information into Sugar. With the new Sugar system, user adoption grew, and the bank was able to expand usage into additional departments.
