Third Party Sales Opportunity Registration

A large telecommunications network company had a need for a way to enable independent sales agents to register sales opportunities that they were working on. These opportunities needed to be validated against service availability and additional criteria with instant feedback to the agent.

The company needed this process to be easy to complete and provide the agent with real-time feedback about acceptance of the opportunity. UpCurve Cloud built an intelligent form using Sugar and enabled the third party agents to access it using Sugar’s external portal API license.
