Tracking Relationships with Institutional Investors

One of the world's largest banks engaged UpCurve Cloud to help build a system to track relationships with institutional investors. UpCurve Cloud converted all information from a legacy Lotus Notes based CRM system into Sugar and built a very simple to use interaction tracking system for the bank.

The focus of the project was to create a system that did not slow down the bankers in a fast paced work environment. Because of the success of the project, the Sugar system was expanded to include additional user groups inside the bank.
