In this webinar, we reviewed Creating Filters in wMobile Desktop. wMobile Desktop provides two places to create filters: 

  1. From the filter bar in the search center
  2. From the filters list in the left sidebar

We also reviewed how to create and use filters in both areas and showed how filters can be used for customer review, producing merge letters, and scheduling activities.
